We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States. You may not receive your order overnight, but you can rely on simple, transparent pricing with no surprises at checkout.
For orders outside Canada or the U.S., duties and taxes may apply. When applicable, these fees will appear at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to our strict quality-control protocols—especially regarding allergens—we are unable to accept returns of any products.
We’re confident you’ll be happy with your order. However, if you open a product and notice an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can find a satisfactory solution together. Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at hello@wallisjohns.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make things right.
