Returns & Refunds

Due to our strict quality-control protocols—especially regarding allergens and our certified peanut-free status—we are unable to accept returns of any products. This applies whether items are opened or unopened.

We’re confident you’ll be happy with your order. However, if you notice an issue with a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@wallisjohns.com so we can review the situation and work toward a fair, satisfactory solution together. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund or replacement.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at hello@wallisjohns.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve them promptly and fairly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Because we work with food products and strict allergen controls, we are unable to accept returns of either opened or unopened products.


Unfortunately, we also cannot offer refunds on gift cards or final sale items.

 

Exchanges 

We do not process traditional product exchanges (returning one item and sending another), since we cannot accept returned products. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@wallisjohns.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll review your situation on a case-by-case basis and discuss the best solution.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

Because our products are food items with strict allergen-control and food-safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns of either opened or unopened products. If you wish to exercise your cooling-off rights, please contact us at hello@wallisjohns.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide guidance on your options in line with applicable law and our food-safety obligations.


Refunds 

When we approve a refund (for example, due to damage, an issue with the product, or an approved cancellation under applicable laws), we will process it back to your original payment method. Once processed, your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
