Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be purchased as subscriptions or pre-orders. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases. For details about refunds, damaged items, or non-returnable products, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription, or you can reach us at hello@wallisjohns.com for assistance.


Pre-orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. Each pre-order product page includes an estimated shipping timeframe.

Two payment options may be available:

  • Pay in full at checkout (which may include a pre-order discount), or

  • Partial payment, where you pay a deposit at checkout and the remaining balance before the order ships.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund, whether you paid in full or partially.
If the estimated shipping timeline changes, we will notify you by email and you may choose to cancel at that time as well.

Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
