Educational & Community Program - Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The Wallis Johns Educational & Community Program offers approved institutions discounted pricing on our birdseed products. By applying for or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The program is open to schools, daycares, Montessori programs, nature centres, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations focused on education and wildlife conservation. Wallis Johns reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Approved Use

Program pricing is intended exclusively for use within the approved institution or organization. Our products may not be purchased under this program for personal use, resale, or distribution outside of the approved institution.

Non-Transferable

Program membership and associated discounts are tied to the approved account and email address. They may not be shared, transferred, or used by any individual or organization other than the approved account holder.

One Account Per Institution

One program account is permitted per institution or organization. Applications for multiple accounts from the same institution will not be approved.

Pricing & Products

The program discount applies to 4 and 8 pack orders placed directly on wallisjohns.com using the approved account. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and does not apply to single units or retail purchases.

Revocation

Wallis Johns reserves the right to revoke program membership at any time, without notice, if these terms are not respected or if the account is found to be ineligible.

Changes to the Program

Wallis Johns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Educational & Community Program or these terms at any time. Approved members will be notified of any material changes.
